Arnold Schwarzenegger’s bodybuilder son, Joseph Baena, showed off his muscles in a social media post on this week. 

The Instagram post shows Baena shirtless and wearing tight black shorts, standing on a football field as he flexes for his audience and displays his toned muscles. 

The 25-year-old frequently shares videos and pictures of himself at the gym. Looking very much like his father, Baena’s robust physique can be attributed to his genes and hard work.

Schwarzenegger had Baena with his former housekeeper, Mildred Baena, while he was still married to Maria Shriver. The Terminator star revealed his affair with Baena in his autobiography, Total Recall: My Unbelievably True Life Story. 

After Schwarzenegger disclosed the details (and results) of their romance, Baena and his mother have been followed by paparazzi ever since.

Baena is following in his father’s footsteps after recently landing a role in an upcoming film, Gunner. Baena will be working with Luke Hemsworth and Morgan Freeman.
