The infamous “affluenza” teen, Ethan Couch, who managed to avoid a jail sentence following a fatal drunk driving crash in 2013, has allegedly been caught playing beer pong in a video, CBS DFW reports. The Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office is investigating the case.

In the six second clip beer and red cups are visible as young people chat. It ends when a young man dives onto a table, and it collapses. A man reported to be Couch, can be seen clapping during the dive.

The user who uploaded the video to social media wrote: “ya boy ethan couch violating probation. i got more if you want.”

Couch was sentenced to 10 years’ probation for a drunken-driving crash that killed four people and seriously injured two more. Legal defense managed to avoid jail time for the teen by arguing that Couch’s parents’ mollycoddling had fostered his attitude of irresponsibility and that he should not be held fully accountable for his actions. A legal expert coined Couch’s predicament “affluenza,” a term that drew the ire of many in the media.

Couch is under a strict 10 year alcohol and driving ban and if it’s found he was drinking at the party in question he could be in for some serious trouble.
