Adele Teases Fans With New Music In UK TV Spot

Adele might finally be making her return after an advertisement on UK TV hinted at a new track from the singer.

In a commercial break during the U.K. X Factor Sunday night, Adele seemed to tease an upcoming album. The 15-second clip featured Adele’s unmistakable voice singing a verse from a song, and the lyrics over a black background.

“Hello, it’s me. I was wondering if after all these years you’d like to meet to go over everything,” Adele sings. “They say that time’s supposed to heal ya. But I ain’t done much healing…”

Fans of the singer who caught the ad took to Twitter to share their excitement.

Adele’s heavily anticipated new album, rumored to be titled 25, will be her third studio album. Adele’s last album, 21, is the bestselling UK album of the millennium. It came out in 2011 following 2008’s 19.
