Its Game of Thrones final season and HBO has finally come through with a full-length trailer! And the trailer surprisingly gave a sneak peek into what’s to come for the few characters still alive and fighting for the Iron Throne.

Below is a break-down of the most recent GOT trailer.

First, we get a look at Arya Stark (Maisie Williams) in the opening scene.

In the opening scene, Stark is seen frantically running through some tunnels, while desperate to get away from whatever’s chasing her. “I know death,” Stark says while twirling a dragon glass. “He’s got many faces. I look forward to seeing this one.”

We then see a shot of Euron Greyjoy’s fleet of ships transporting the fabled Golden Company from Essos. The Golden Company is a band of soldiers fighting for whoever pays them and this time Cersei, who memorably declined Daenerys and Jon’s invitation to join them in the fight against the White Walkers, has the moneybag. We also see a tall blonde with a long sword who’s only seen from behind. This person appears to resemble Jaime Lannister but is likely Harry Strickland, a new character being introduced for the final season. Strickland is a character from the novels who is the commander of the Golden Company.

The trailer then reveals that Tormund Giantsbane and Beric Dondarrion are still alive, as, during the season 7 finale when the Night King rode his new zombified ice dragon pal Viserion and melted the Wall, the two seemed to be imperiled by blocks of falling ice. But in the clip, they’re back and joining them is Jon Snow’s Night’s Watch bud Dolorous Edd.

Meanwhile, Cersei, the newly crowned and self-proclaimed Queen of Westeros who plans to let the Jon-Daenerys contingent fight it out with the White Walkers alone, and take whoever’s left for her new army. And still by her side is Maester Qyburn, who is interested in bringing things back from the dead.

And finally coming back to Winterfell is Daenerys and Jon Snow. In a recent teaser from HBO, Sansa was seen handing over her home to the Targaryen queen, and it appears that Winterfell will become the base of operations. Missandei and Grey Worm are also seen sharing a passionate kiss on what looks like the eve of battle. These two have had their eyes on one another since their flirtation moment in Season 4.

We then see Cersei Lannister again, who appears to have gone full Robert Baratheon with her wine drinking. Drinking has become a way she deals with the world and she is rarely seen without a glass in her hand.

There’s also a quick close-up of the Hound, a.k.a Sandor Clegan, who is wreathed with fire which is his greatest fear due to being burned and tortured by his brother Gregor Clegane (aka The Mountain) as a child. Many fans are anticipating a showdown between the two based on clues from the book and show.

Meanwhile, Jaime, who broke free from Cersei’s influence in Season 7 and pledged that he would pledge himself to the North instead of her, was seen dressed in Northern armor in newly released photos. This is a huge moment for them because before they were seen as a package deal. “I promised to fight for the living,” he says in the new trailer. “I intend to keep that.”

Then there’s a pile of bones, and Jon, Daenerys, Drogon, and Rhaegal are seen gathered around. This isn’t the first time we’ve seen a dragon with burnt bone, as in season 5, Drogan rescued Daenery’s from Meereen’s fighting pits and took her into the Great Grass Seas, where he made a nest for them out of burnt bones, dirt, and flesh.

And of course, we can’t forget about key players, Brienne and Pod, who appear to be the vanguard of Winterfell’s soldiers. We also see the concerned visage of Jorah Mormont, who is back in Daenerys’ good graces after Samwell Tarly saved him from his greyscale disease.

Finally, we see the Night King’s undead horse and torch lights of Winterfell in the distance before the trailer fades to black.
