The iHeartRadio music awards nominations were released Tuesday, with Taylor Swift leading with eight nominations, followed by The Weeknd with seven.

For the newest category, best new album are Swift’s 1989, The Weeknd’s, Beauty Behind the Madness, Adele‘s 25Sam Smith‘s In the Lonely Hour, and Ed Sheeran‘s X. Also new this year is a split for male and female categories for genre-specific album awards.

Country singer Thomas Rhett, who was nominated for country artist of the year along with the fan-voted category of best lyrics said in a statement, “iHeartRadio continues to bring fans and artists one step closer together and I’m honored to be a part of it!”

Meghan TrainorJustin Bieber, and others are set to perform.

The Los Angeles event will be televised live on April 3 on TBS, TNT, and truTV at 8 p.m. ET. Ticket presales begin today for Capitol One cardholders here and fans can vote here.
