Former WWE star Nikki Garcia, formerly known as Nikki Bella, and Dancing With the Stars pro Artem Chigvintsev have officially finalized their divorce, concluding a tumultuous chapter marked by legal disputes and personal challenges.

According to court documents, the settlement includes Garcia paying Chigvintsev a lump sum of $200,000, divided into two payments: one immediate and another by the end of the year. Additionally, Garcia will provide $3,500 monthly child support for their 4-year-old son, Matteo. She will also cover Matteo’s health insurance, speech therapy and preschool expenses for the 2024–2025 academic year. The couple agreed to split costs for other extracurricular activities and jointly decide on his schooling for 2025.

The divorce follows an incident in August 2024, where Chigvintsev was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence. Although no charges were filed, both parties obtained restraining orders against each other, which they later agreed to drop in an effort to co-parent effectively.

As part of the settlement, Garcia retains ownership of their Napa home and her business ventures, including Stephanie Nicole Garcia Entertainment and Bonita Bonita by Nikki and Brie. Chigvintsev retains their Los Angeles residence and his business interests.

In a December 2024 episode of her podcast, The Nikki & Brie Show, Garcia reflected on the divorce, expressing hope for a future amicable relationship with Chigvintsev for the sake of their son. “We both are very focused on Matteo, and that’s the great thing. I pray every day [that] we’ll be great friends,” she shared.

The couple, who met on Dancing With the Stars in 2017 and married in August 2022, emphasize that their primary focus remains on the well-being of their son as they navigate this new chapter separately.
