Tori Spelling, 39, wound up in the hospital early this week after suffering complications from her latest Caesarean section labor following the birth of her son, Finn Davey, with husband Dean McDermott, 45, on August 30.

"Tori underwent emergency surgery over the weekend due to complications from her C-section," a rep for the actress and television personality Spelling said.

Finn marked Spelling's fourth caesarean section and her second within a year. Her other children, Liam, 5, Stella, 4, and Hattie, not yet 1, were all born via C-section — Hattie as recently as October 10, 2011. McDermott has one son, Jack, 13, from a previous marriage.

"She remains in the hospital and is resting comfortably," Spelling's rep said.
