In the world of Apple TV+’s Severance, people can sign up to join the “severance” program, which allows them to separate workplace memories from personal life memories.

Tramell Tillman plays Seth Milchick, Lumon Industries’ severance floor supervisor.

In an exclusive interview with uInterview, Tillman revealed his favorite scene from the show so far.

“One scene that stands out to me would be the ‘kind eyes’ scene,” he began. “I believe it’s episode four or episode five and that was a wonderful scene where he [Jame Eagan, played by Micheal Siberry] and I were face to face and my character was urging him, due to a tragedy that happened prior, to develop ‘kind eyes’ and watching him trying to learn what kind eyes are in and exude that in the demonstration was quite hilarious.”

Tillman also commented on whether or not he would be willing to be “severed” in real life.

“It’s scary to think that this is a possibility but you know anything is possible and I’ve certainly learned that working on this show in particular,” he said. “I don’t think this severed process is for me, you know? I would respect anybody who undergoes it but it’s not my bailiwick. I mean, it’s dark and you see the image of the procedure where they stick in the chip in the brain and then clicks on. No, I don’t like that. You know, I get nervous putting on hats sometimes so trying to put a chip in my brain is- that’s too much.”

Severance is available for streaming on Apple TV+
