‘Wonder Woman’ Gal Gadot Welcomes Baby Daughter Maya

Wonder Woman star Gal Gadot welcomed her own miniature superhero into the family. The Israeli actress and model announced the news on Instagram on Monday. The 31-year-old actress and her husband, Yaron Versano, are also the parents of 5-year-old daughter Alma.

The Instagram post was a happy and pun-filled one, celebrating the arrival of the fourth member to their family.

“And then we were four… She is here, Maya. I feel so complete blessed and thankful for all the Wonders in my life,” praised the new mom, who had announced her pregnancy in November 2016.

On Sunday, just hours before the birth of Maya, Gadot had snapped a picture of herself with her 9-months-pregnant belly. The excited caption read, “3 in 2 in 1 photo. Strike a pose!”

Last year, the actress had co-starred in Batman vs. Superman, and her new project the Wonder Woman movie hits theaters on June 2.
