Chris Brown Files Defamation Case Against Woman Who Accused Him Of Rape After Paris Incident
Chris Brown has filed a defamation suit after being accused of rape, drug abuse and sexual assault in Paris earlier this month.
An unidentified 24-year-old female model claims she was raped by Brown the night of January 15 and 16 in his suite in the Oriental Hotel in Paris. On Monday, Brown was arrested for suspicion of aggravated rape and drug infractions and was kept in custody until Tuesday evening. Two males were detained with him, reportedly his bodyguard and a friend.

Many friends and fans responded positively and commented on his release. But after his past history, and abuse of singer Rihanna, others are not so sure.
Throughout the incident, Brown and his legal team said the woman was lying and Brown was innocent. Raphael Chiche, Brown’s lawyer, tweeted Thursday evening that the “Paris prosecutor has taken in the complaint filed by Chris Brown for slanderous denunciation.”
Brown had filed the complaint against the rape accuser to “shed light on the conditions which led [the young woman] to sue him, but also her motives,” Chiche told the press.
