On Wednesday, Spears shared behind-the-scenes snaps from the filming of the video for “Slumber Party,” using lyrics of the song as a caption. “Neighbours say we’re causing a commotion.” The video will be directed by Colin Tilley, who has directed videos for Justin BieberFergie and Rita Ora.

The pop star has only released one single off her last album Glory so far. “Slumber Party” will follow the summer hit “Make Me…” featuring G-Easy.

More recently, Tinashe, known for her big track “2 On,” took to her Instagram to confirm the news to her 586,000 followers, by sharing the same picture of herself and Britney from the set of the music video. “The face you make when the rumors are true and you collabed with your idol & basically your whole life is a dream so you keep it cute for Brit but inside you are wigless and dead #slumberparty #ultimatestangoals #whatislife #reallyhappening #?”

Tinashe has been a long-time Britney fan. She sampled Spear’s song “Blur” on her “Can’t Say No”; she made an impromptu performance of “Womanizer” in the Queens Midtown tunnel; she was present at one of the Piece of Me show in Las Vegas; and she’s always bringing up Spears’ influence in almost every interview.

The studio version for “Slumber Party” does not feature Tinashe, suggesting that the two artists could be working on a remix of the song as well.

Spears has regularly collaborated with other female artists. Back in 2003, she release “Me Against The Music” with Madonna, and in 2015 she dropped the song “Pretty Girls” featuring Iggy Azalea.

While Spears keeps on promoting her last August album (she joined James Corden for a round of Carpool Karaoke), Tinashe’s sophomore album Joyride is slated for this fall.
