Summer is just around the corner and having the right bathing suit for the season can be a difficult task. There are a lot of choices and only so much time until the temperatures really heat up and you will have to take a dip in the cool water. uShop has found some great suits that will not only keep you cool but looking chic at the same time.

Monokini

The monokini has come a long way from just being a simple one-piece bikini. Now they are just as revealing and sexy as a two-piece. Beyoncé recently shared a picture rocking one while sunbathing. Beyonce went with a flirty choice in black with little multicolored cartoons all over that showed off her fit physique which she credits to her new vegan diet. You can get the similar look in black from Nordstrom. The suit might give you some funky tan lines but it is definitely worth it. The strappy open sides give it a touch of sex appeal while still giving you full coverage in front and back. While the black color will make you look slim and also matches well with almost any cover-up.  Get The Look: Monokini, Nordstrom, $139.

These bikinis are definitely a popular go to for summer not only because they are very flattering but also for their nod to old-school Hollywood glamour. You can try this mixed animal-print piece by Nordstrom. This suit features cut outs on the sides and a bandeau top. Also the great thing about this bathing suit is that it’s reversible allowing you the option to wear a totally new look but in the same silhouette. Get The Look: Top, Nordstrom, $46. Bottom, Nordstrom, $50.

This girly style is a great alternative to the typical bathing suit being that without straps you won’t have to worry about those annoying tan line on your shoulders. Plus this style hugs much tighter to the body for more coverage and lift. Rosie Hungton-Whitley wore this turquoise one with matching flash tattoos that showed off her petite-but-curvy figure. You can try this look out in a similar suit from Macy’s. This bikini features a structured, sweetheart neckline and ruffles for added volume on top. The bottoms fully cover your bottom, so you can keep your skin protected while still looking cute at the beach. This two-piece also comes in a variety of vibrant colors that are perfect for a vacation or weekend beach trips. Get The Look: Top, Macy’s, $23.80. Bottom, Macy’s, $28.

Halter Bikini

One of the newer looks of the season is a high neckline bikini. These alternatives to your classic design allows for more coverage on top especially if you have a bigger bust. Gigi Hadid wore one for her shoot for Sports Illustrated earlier this year which featured a key-hole cut out and sleeves. You can try a similar look from Macy’s. This suit comes in a tribal pattern and a mesh overlay. The closed neckline makes this suit perfect for playing beach soccer or volleyball without the fear of having a “wardrobe malfunction.” Also pair the top with some jeans if you need to go somewhere after the beach without having to bring a whole new outfit. Get The Look For Less: Top, Macy’s, $28. Bottoms, Macy’s, $23.80.

And, you can never go wrong with your classic two-piece bikini. This look is timeless and fierce as your body will be on full display. Kendall Jenner is known for rocking the itsy-bitsy bikini like the one she wore a couple of weeks ago while chilling poolside on a float. You can try this look with this striped version from Nordstrom. This suit features strappy sides and crisscrossing back tie. This suit will leave little to the imagination but is still comfortable and trendy. The low cut top will also show a little cleavage while the moderate coverage on the bottoms won’t have you feeling quite so exposed.

Get The Look: Top, Nordstrom, $84. Bottoms, Nordstrom, $44.95.
