One Direction’s music video for “Best Song Ever” hits YouTube on July 22, 2013, and breaks Vevo’s 24-hour view record with 12.3 million hits. The song, off their third album Midnight Memories, remains one of the groups biggest hits and won them the MTV Video Music Award for Best Song of Summer. “Best Song Ever” also served to promote One Direction’s concert film, 1D: This Is Us.
