Morris arrived to the red carpet wearing a stylish and chic silver dress by Julien Macdonald that glittered in the light everywhere she walked. The dress was embellished with crystals throughout and features geometric cutouts around it.
The singer paired the dress with matching silver shoes from Casadei. She is also wearing drop earrings from Lorraine Schwartz, whose jewelry was also used by other celebrities attending such as Lady Gaga, Beyonce and Rita Ora. Morris also wore several different rings all from Ofira.
