Wiz Khalifa was arrested at Los Angeles International Airport over the weekend when he allegedly refused to give up his hoverboard.
On Saturday, Khalifa uploaded a video to Instagram that shows his arrest at LAX, writing, “All because I didn’t want to ditch the technogy [sic] everyone will be using in the next 6 months. Do what you want kids.”
Further showing that he wasn’t actually resisting arrest, Khalifa posted a video on Instagram.
When one of Khalifa’s Twitter followers asked incredulously if the whole incident was merely over a hoverboard, Khalifa suggested that one day soon the cops will all be riding their own hoverboards. “What’s even funnier than them not bein able to do s*** is they’ll be riding them soon as well. Maybe ones I design.”
