VIDEO: Kate Gosselin Implodes on 'Sarah Palin's Alaska'
Kate Gosselin is not a happy camper.
A cold, wet and hungry Gosselin audibly voiced her disapproval of outdoorsy ways while guest starring on Sunday night's Sarah Palin's Alaska on TLC. After declaring herself "done" with the camping experience by throwing her hot dog on the ground, she asked if her kids wanted to stay. After a unanimous "yes" greeted her, the famous-for-being-a-mom reality star was taken aback. "Okay, goodbye! You're now a Palin, not a Gosselin," she said.
Gosselin, 35, was unhappy with the rainy camping experience from the word go. "Sorry I'm miserable, but somebody's gotta be," she said to the camera. "This is cruel and unusual punishment. It just kills me that people willingly do this . . . . Why would you pretend to be homeless? I don't get it. I just don't get the concept." Gosselin's mood continued to deteriorate as the bad weather refused to let up. "This is not ideal conditions!" she complained. "I am freezing to the bone, I have 19 layers on, my hands are frigid. I held it together as long as I could and I'm done now," she said in tears.
Sarah Palin, 46, seemed a little embarrassed by her guest's behavior. She remained mostly quiet during Gosselin's meltdown. —KIMBERLY STEELE
