Rachel Leviss, the former star of Vanderpump Rules, is suing her costars Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix.

Sandoval and Madix face a lawsuit from Leviss for revenge porn, eavesdropping and emotional distress. The filing states that Sandoval obtained footage of Leviss engaging in sexual acts without her consent and distributed it to others.

The video played a prominent part in the last season of the show.

Leviss also said Bravo and Evolution media, Vanderpump Rules‘ producing network, prohibited Leviss from publicly talking about the issue.

Dubbed “Scandoval,” a play-on of Sandoval’s name, the scandal stems from a seven-month-long affair between Leviss and Sandoval. Sandoval was in a relationship with Madix at the time.

“Scandoval” became a storyline on the show during Season 10. Leviss left the show after the tenth season wrapped up.

When the scandal went public, Leviss said she went through “severe emotional distress, physical manifestations of emotional distress, anxiety, shock, embarrassment, loss of self-esteem, disgrace, humiliation, powerlessness, sleeplessness, and loss of enjoyment of life,” as stated in the complaint.

Leviss is asking for the footage to be destroyed and compensation for the damages.

Sandoval claims he has also suffered due to the scandal, with the New York Times running a story headlined, “The Most Hated Man In America.”
