Timothée Chalamet and Hugh Grant posed together on the red carpet for the premiere of Wonka at the Regency Village Theatre.

Chalamet, who plays Willy Wonka, was sporting an all-black outfit with alligator trousers and a matching jacket over a shirt and boots. He kept his accessories simple with rings and a bracelet.

Grant, who plays an Oompa-Loompa, kept his outfit traditional with a white collared shirt and a black suit jacket and pants.

It was reported that Chalamet’s girlfriend, Kylie Jenner, whom he has been dating since April, attended the premiere with her mom, Kris Jenner

Chalamet also walked the red carpet on December 2 at the Paris premiere. He opted for a bolder outfit with a sleeveless sparkly top and black pants. At his debut in London, he decided on a more colorful look, wearing a matching fuchsia Tom Ford suit and a Cartier necklace. He additionally attended the Tokyo premiere in a bright purple glossy Prada suit and a silver necklace.

In London, Chalamet shared the challenges he faced in his role as Willy Wonka.

“The challenges were just to live and love the tone of it. I realized everything I’ve worked on [has had a] grounded seriousness to it, and here I had to loosen up and play, kind of like I did in high school, but I hadn’t done in ten years or something,” he told People.

After the premieres, Chalamet posted a series of photos on Instagram including one with Keegan-Michael Key. He added the caption, “WOWWWW – actually can’t believe this!! What a week! Thank you to everyone who saw WONKA in theaters this past weekend and to the GOLDEN GLOBES for the nomination! One more week till we’re out in the US!! every good thing in this world started with a dream :)🕺🕺🕺.”
