Tiger Woods’ Ex-Girlfriend Erica Herman Wants NDA Nullified, Cites Sexual Assault Law
Back in 2017, golfer Tiger Woods, 47, and restaurant owner Erica Herman, 38, began dating after Herman signed a non-disclosure agreement.
The two were first spotted as a couple when she joined him at the Presidents Cup in New Jersey and she continued supporting him at the course over the years.

At the beginning of March this year, Herman filed a lawsuit against Woods, asking to be removed from the NDA. She cited the Speak Out Act which allows NDAs to be nullified in cases of sexual assault or harassment in order to protect the victims.
However, since the NDA is still valid, Herman hasn’t made any accusations against Woods yet.
Woods was previously married to Elin Nordegren but the two divorced in 2010 after Woods admitted to cheating several times.
Woods has been recovering from severe injuries sustained during a car crash.
