Tiger Woods’ ex-girlfriend, Erica Herman, has dropped her sexual assault lawsuit against the pro golfer as well as an appeal on a non-disclosure agreement she had signed.
The notice filed in Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal said she “was never a victim of sexual harassment or sexual abuse at the hands of Tiger Woods or any of his agents, and it’s her position that she never asserted a claim or such.”
Herman signed an NDA with Woods in 2017, but she later sued to be released from the agreement.
In May, a judge ruled that she could not be released from the NDA.
Circuit Judge Elizabeth Metzger wrote that Herman’s reasoning for being released from the agreement lacked factual specificity for any claim relating to sexual assault or sexual harassment.
Woods and Herman were together from 2017 to 2022. Herman was a former restaurant manager who worked at Woods restaurant, The Woods Jupiter.
Herman has also filed a separate lawsuit against Jupiter Island Irrevocable Trust, which owns Wood’s home, for $30 million after Woods allegedly tricked her into leaving the home and then locking her out, which violated an oral agreement, she claims.
Woods has not competed since the 2023 Masters. He is currently rehabbing his ankle following an April surgery.
