The Walking Dead episode “The Calm Before” is the penultimate episode of season 9, and what occurred in this episode may give Game of Thrones a run for its money.

Alpha (Samantha Morton) and her group, the whispers, slaughtered a number of characters, and put their heads on spikes as a warming.
Fans of the comic knew what to expect, and even they were surprised by last night’s casualties. Ten people were killed and among the dead included Tara Chamblers (Alanna Masterson), Enid (Katelyn Nacon), and Henry (Macsen Lintz).
