‘The Flash’ Star Ezra Miller Pleads Guilty To Trespassing In Vermont

Controversial The Flash star Ezra Miller is yet again back in court in Vermont. He pleaded guilty to a charge of unlawful trespassing, a misdemeanor in the state of Vermont.

His lawyer, Lisa Shelkrot, issued a statement to the public, thanking the public for their patience throughout the process.

According to Shelkrot, Miller “would once again like to acknowledge the love and support they have received from their family and friends, who continue to be a vital presence in their ongoing mental health.”

Miller, who identifies as they/them, initially pleaded not guilty to the charge of burglary.

He was accused of illegally entering the home of their neighbor in Stamford and stealing three bottles of liquor.

According to the legal documents regarding the plea deal filed by the Vermont Superior Court’s Criminal Division, the counts of burglary and petit larceny will be waived, and Miller will be charged with unlawful trespass and forced to pay $692.

Though Miller has been embroiled in various legal battles over 2022, they still intend to stage a comeback in 2023.

A video went viral of Miller forcing a woman into a chokehold in a bar in Iceland, and Miller was arrested in Hawaii on several occasions of disorderly conduct and harassment.

However, the most disturbing charge was that of sexual abuse and inappropriate behavior toward a minor. The minor rejected the claim, but the parents of the then-minor filed an order of protection against Miller.

In a separate instance, a 12-year-old and her mother were granted a protective order against Miller over the allegation that Miller threatened the pair with a gun.

A representative of Miller issued a statement in August 2022, citing various mental health issues as the reason for their behavior.

“Having recently gone through a time of intense crisis, I now understand that I am suffering complex mental health issues and have begun ongoing treatment. I want to apologize to everyone that I have alarmed and upset with my past behavior,” their representative said. “I am committed to doing the necessary work to get back to a healthy, safe, and productive stage in my life.”

Miller did not reference any specific instance of disturbance nor reveal any further details of his treatment.

Warner Bros.’s film The Flash is still set to premiere in 2023, with Miller starring as iconic scarlet-suited Barry Allen.
