Sydney Leathers: One Of Anthony Weiner's Sexting Partners?

Sydney Leathers came out as one of the women that New York City mayoral candidate Anthony Weiner sexted under the alias of Carlos Danger.

Leathers, 23, recently leaked a series of photos of herself that she had once sent to Weiner though Facebook to TMZ. One shows Leathers in pink lacy underwear. Another is of just her leg in a glittery gold heel. The last one features Weiner’s sexting partner in black lingerie. Leathers claims that she had sent the photos to the politician in July 2012.

All in all, Leathers estimates that she had sent Weiner over 30 pictures of herself. She alleges that he had specific requests when it came to the pictures, many of which had to do with Leathers’ feet in heels. In return, she received pictures of him. In addition to their sexting relationship, Leathers claims the two talked on the phone, where Weiner would recount his sex dreams.

On Monday, nightlife magazine TheDirty.com released messages alleged to have been exchanged between their source and Weiner. Their relationship, according to the source, occurred last summer, long after Weiner had resigned from Congress and shortly following a piece on his improved relationship with his wife in People.

By Thursday, Weiner was forced to address the recent claims. “I said that other texts and photos were likely to come out, and today they have,” he said, as his wife Huma Abedin stood by his side. “As I have said in the past, these things that I did were wrong and hurtful to my wife and caused us to go through challenges in our marriage that extended past my resignation from Congress. While some things that have been posted today are true and some are not, there is no question that what I did was wrong. This behavior is behind me.”

Weiner, who was on top of the NYC mayoral race, has since plummeted in the polls. Christie Quinn is now in the lead.
