Stormy Daniels Testifies That Donald Trump Told Her That She ‘Reminded Him Of His Daughter’ Ivanka

Former adult film star Stormy Daniels testified under oath that Donald Trump told her that she “reminded him of his daughter” Ivanka Trump.

On May 7, Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, stated during Trump’s hush money trial in the Manhattan Court that the former president said this to her during their bedroom encounter back in 2006, which the latter has denied ever happened.

“When I opened the bathroom door to come out, Mr. Trump had come into the bedroom,” she recalled. “The intention was pretty clear: someone stripped down to their underwear posing on the bed waiting for you.”

Trump had stared ahead during Daniels’ testimony. “My clothes and shoes were off; I think I still had my bra on,” the former film actress recalled. “We were in missionary position.”

She stated that Trump was not wearing a condom and that the encounter was long.

Judge Juan Merchan seemed disconcerted by the graphic material, ordering Daniels to “just answer the questions” after frequent objections from the defense, several of which he sustained.

Despite this, the former actress still brought up many allegations.

She told the court that the former president called her “Honeybunch,” and she described many phone calls with him – some of which she had put on speakerphone to amuse her friends.

When she arrived via a hotel penthouse elevator, Trump greeted her in silk or satin pajamas before changing into casual clothes after she teased him.

“He said it was a bit early; maybe we could talk a little bit and get to know each other,” Daniels stated.

Daniels mentioned that their conversation focused on whether the former actress should go on Trump’s show, The Apprentice.

She then stated, “He said I reminded him of his daughter because she’s smart and blonde.”

During her testimony, Daniels said that she and Trump saw one other the following day and met again at a function at Trump Tower in New York and in Los Angeles, but they did not engage in sexual relations again.

While on the witness stand, she made it clear the sex had been consensual and stated that he said he thought it “was great.”

Daniels said her hands had been shaking while she quickly got dressed.

“He went to kiss me goodbye, I went to leave as fast as I could,” she recalled.

The former president sat back in his chair, his head tilted, often speaking with his lawyer.

Trump’s lawyers called for a mistrial, stating that much of this testimony had nothing to do with the fraud charges that the former president is facing.

Judge Merchan denied the attorneys’ request, but he did have something else to add.

“I agree there were some things that were better left unsaid,” he declared.

During a CNN interview with news anchor Dana Bash on Tuesday, the ex-White House official Anthony Scaramucci attempted to defend Trump by comparing Daniels to Ivanka.

“In a one-on-one setting, I just certainly don’t want him to return to the presidency for so many different reasons,” Scaramucci declared. “But in a one-on-one setting, he tries to be charming and he tries to melt the ice in a situation. So I could totally see him saying something like that.”

“And I think even people that he goes after because he’s a little insecure when he meets them face to face, he turns up the charm,” he added. “So all of that is indicative of his personality. So again, what she’s saying comes across very true to me. And I don’t think you make up details like that, Dana.”

Before the hush money case began, Daniels claimed during an interview with Good Morning Britain that Trump supporters said that they would “slit” her throat, harassed her and even her family, and assaulted her horse.

She declared she was not frightened by the former president but terrified of those backing him.

Additionally, she said that Trump supporters would initially use fake accounts to threaten her and her family but are now brave enough to harass them using their actual accounts.

During the beginning of the interview, Daniels conveyed her regret for speaking out about her affair with the former president and the $130,000 in hush money that she received in exchange.

Daniels also mentioned in court on Tuesday that during their 2006 encounter, Trump told her not to worry about his wife, Melania, as they did not “even sleep in the same room.”

This statement appeared to anger the former president, who seemed to mutter. Judge Merchan later cautioned him for his audible curse and head shakes, which might have influenced the jury.
