Fans of the popular Star Wars franchise took to the streets of London dressed as Stormtroopers today in honor of the premiere of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.
About 40 fans from the 501st UK Garrison and Rebel Legion Elstree Base, a group that brings Star Wars characters to life, dressed as the imperial guards before hitting various stops in London associated with the new film. They hit up the Millennium Bridge and Canary Wharf tube station, which are featured as filming backdrops.
The troopers were en route to a special screening of Rogue One, just before the nationwide release on Dec. 16. Official Stormtroopers were also present at the world premiere in London earlier this week at the Tate Modern.
