Sting has extended his My Songs World Tour with a North American leg this fall. This follows his European tour that ran through July.

Sting has stated that fans will hear songs from his former band The Police and his solo career. Sting was the lead vocalist, songwriter and bassist for the Police, a prominent new wave band during the 70s and 80s.

He has won 17 Grammy Awards as a solo artist and band member, including Song of the Year for “Every Breath You Take.” He is also one of the world’s best-selling music artists, having sold over 100 million records.
