Spencer Pratt has finally apologized to Lauren Conrad on MTV's hit show The Hills for falsely spreading rumors about a sex tape in an attempt to get her to attend his wedding to Heidi Montag. “This is my first apology in about 24 years," Spencer said. "I’m sorry for putting the sex tape rumors out there and for any hurt they caused. [Heidi] still has a place in her heart for you.
