Ego Nwodim & Michael B. Jordan in 'SNL' monologue (Image: NBC)
Saturday Night Live’s latest host, Michael B. Jordan, who was dubbed People magazine’s “Sexiest Man Alive” in 2020, began his opening monologue by reflecting on his career and personal life.
Starting with a throwback clip from one of his first acting roles on All My Children (1970-2013), he moved on to discuss his directing debut with Creed III and his public breakup with Lori Harvey.
However, Jordan didn’t seem to dwell on his breakup for long, quickly announcing that he is on Raya, the exclusive members-only dating and networking app.
Female cast members Chloe Fineman, Heidi Gardner and Ego Nwodim, who emerged wearing a wedding dress and veil, were sure to let Jordan know they were interested, followed by LGBT cast member Punkie Johnson, who flirtatiously joked, “even vegans got cheat days, right?”
