Singer Kid Rock Waves Gun At Reporter After Calling Immigrants ‘Murderers’ & ‘Rapists’

Musician Kid Rock waved a handgun drunkenly during an interview with Rolling Stone‘s David Peisner. Peisner, a reporter for the magazine, interviewed Rock, whose real name is Bob Ritchie, at his home outside Nashville, Tennesee. Peisner claimed the interview was cordial until Rock became “drunk and belligerent.”

Peisner detailed the experience in an article titled “How Kid Rock Went From America’s Favorite Hard-Partying Rock Star to a MAGA Mouthpiece.” The conversation veered toward former President Donald Trump and immigration. Rock went on a spiel about immigrants, calling them “murderers” and “rapists.”

“You can’t stop evil, but you doubt have to let them in so easily either,” Rock said. “We want great f—ing immigrants, people that want to come here, have a better life, work.”

“They’re murderers! They’re rapists! They are! MS-13! They just did the girl over here! They just did the girl in Nashville!”

Rock also said, “It only takes 10 of them!” before following up with simply “9/11,” after Peisner said immigrants commit crimes at lower rates than U.S. citizens. Rock implied it only took a small number to commit mass destruction.

Peisner wrote that Rock later pulled out a black handgun from behind his chair and waved it around. “And I got an f—— good — gun right here if I need it! I got them everywhere!” Rock shouted.

Peisner claimed Rock attempted to block him from leaving after the interview ended by playing numerous YouTube videos. Once Peisner could leave, Rock asked, “Would you do me a favor? Just write the most horrific article about me. Do it. It helps me.”

Rock has aligned himself heavily with former President Donald Trump and is personal friends with his son, Donald Trump Jr. In 2017, he toyed with the idea of running for a U.S. Senate seat in Michigan.
