Sharon Osbourne recently revealed her use of the weight loss drug Ozempic on her family’s podcast and said that it had drastically affected her appetite.

Now, she has added that she would sometimes go days without food.

Her son, Jack, said the world would fall into chaos if people didn’t eat for three days, and Osbourne replied, “God, I do that every week.”

In a recent appearance on Piers Morgan Uncensored, Sharon, who was joined by her family, opened up about her use of the drug.

“You can’t stay on it forever,” she said. “I lost 42 pounds now and it’s just enough… I didn’t actually want to go this thin, but it just happened, and I’ll probably put it all on again soon.”

Sharon shared some of the unpleasant side effects.

“At first, I mean, you feel nauseous,” she said. “You don’t throw up physically, but you’ve got that feeling. It was about two, three weeks where I felt nauseous the whole time… You get very thirsty and you don’t want to eat. That’s it.”

She urged young people to stay away from the drug because “they will go berserk with it.”

Later on, Sharon revealed that her husband, Ozzy Osbourne, had been the one to call her out on her behavior.

“Ozzy’s having a go at me because he says I look like Mrs. Reagan. He calls me Nancy Regan all the time. So it’s just time to stop,” she recalled.

A handful of celebrities, such as Oprah Winfrey and Amy Schumer, have recently condemned the use of Ozempic to lose weight.

Ozempic is a drug that has been approved by the FDA to help lower blood sugar levels in adults with Type 2 diabetes. It is also sometimes prescribed to help reduce the risk of heart attacks or strokes in adults with heart disease.

The FDA has not approved Ozempic for chronic weight management, but in the last year, it has become an increasingly popular way to lose weight.

Sharon also recently revealed a botched plastic surgery procedure that “made me look like a cyclops.”
