Selma Blair joined the cast of Anger Management earlier in the year starring opposite former Two and a Half Men actor Charlie Sheen, but a feud between Sheen and Blair may have resulted in the actress getting removed from the FX show, which she believes is grounds for a lawsuit.

Blair, 41, is threatening to sue Sheen for the $1.2 million she would have made had she not been fired if they don’t pay out her contract, TMZ reports. She reportedly believes that Sheen had her written out of the show after she told executives he was a “menace to work with” and had a “shoddy work ethic."

Sheen has said that wasn’t the case. He first publicly opened up about the sitcom scandal in a Sept. 12 interview with Jay Leno. "Selma Blair … was written out because [the show] was not about our relationship, and the problem was too many people were still excited about the Two and a Half [Men] character and thought the Anger Management character was a little dull," Sheen told the host.

Lionsgate, the entertainment company behind Anger Management, is eager to avoid a lawsuit with Blair. The actress and the company are apparently in talks to settle the payment disagreement out of court.
