Sean Penn's on-and-off again 13-year marriage to Robin Wright Penn is on again! Penn had filed divorce papers earlier this month but has just asked for this motion to be withdrawn. Penn had previously started divorce proceedings in December 2007, but then withdrew the action four months later.
