Rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs‘ son, Christian “King” Combs, was named in a lawsuit accusing the younger Combs of sexually assaulting and drugging a woman.

The lawsuit, filed on Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court, also names Sean as a co-defendant for chartering the yacht where the incident occurred between Christian and the woman.

The woman, Grace O’Marcaigh, worked on the yacht as a crew member and bartender. O’Marcaigh claimed that in December 2022, Christian gave her spiked tequila and began to grope her.

The suit states, “The drinks made everything blurry, unusually quickly,” after Christian insisted O’Marcaigh take tequila shots. O’Marcaigh said Christian then became aggressive, grabbing her arm and groping her breasts and genitals. Microphones in the studio captured audio of O’Marcaigh telling Christian to stop.

Christian’s father also is accused of aiding the assault. Sean has several sexual assault allegations of his own. In March, authorities raided Sean’s home on suspicions of sex trafficking. They could seize bankers’ boxes, laptops and phones during the search.

In 2023, Sean was sued by ex-girlfriend Cassie, an R&B musician, for rape. Cassie claimed when she tried to end their relationship, Sean assaulted her in her own home. Cassie also stated she had endured aggressive behavior and physical abuse during their relationship.

The Combs’ lawyer, Aaron Dyer, said the lawsuit against his clients was “lewd and meritless” and made up of “manufactured lies and irrelevant facts.”

Dyer had also previously called the raid of Sean’s house “nothing more than a witch hunt based on meritless accusations made in civil lawsuits.”

Sean is also being sued by music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones Jr. for sexual harassment and assault. Sean denied Jones’ claims that Sean “forcibly touched and attempted and/or threatened to touch [Jones’] intimate areas.”
