Ryan Sweeting Seeks Spousal Support From Kaley Cuoco

Kaley Cuoco has been hit with a spousal support request from her estranged husband, former tennis pro Ryan Sweeting, after filing for divorce.

In his response to Cuoco’s divorce filing, Sweeting has requested spousal support, according to court documents obtained by Entertainment Tonight.

Cuoco, who stars on the CBS comedy series The Big Bang Theory, is reportedly worth roughly $45 million and recently renewed her contract to the tune of $1 million an episode for the hit sitcom. As for Sweeting, his net worth is valued at approximately $2 million.

Prior to the couple’s marriage, they signed a pre-nuptial agreement, though it’s not certain how that will affect Sweeting’s request.

Cuoco had filed for divorce on Sept. 25, citing irreconcilable differences. Mutiple rumors have swirled about the exact reason for the divorce, including Sweetings’ alleged prescription pill addiction and Cuoco growing weary of the onetime athlete’s lack of ambition.

Cuoco and Sweeting dated for three months before getting engaged. They were married three months after she said “yes” on Dec. 31, 2013.
