Mira Sorvino and Lisa Kudrow are “down” for a sequel to the 1997 classic Romy and Michele’s High School Reunion.
Sorvino, who spoke to Us Weekly on June 11 at the Jett premiere in New York City, revealed she and Kudrow are open to reprising their roles for a follow-up.
“We always hope so,” said Sorvino, who noted that the movie’s writer and producer Robin Schiff is also onboard.

Romy and Michele’s High School Reunion followed a pair of ditzy blonde best friends who hit the road for their 10-year high school reunion. The movie — which acquired the famous tagline “The blonde leading the blonde” — examines friendship, bullies and the damage of high school.
