Rob Kardashian Charged With Battery, Petty Theft

Rob Kardashian has been charged with two misdemeanors, one for battery and one for petty theft, resulting from an altercation with paparazzo Kassandra Perez in March.

Perez, born Andra Viak, filed a civil suit against Kardashian last month, alleging that the reality TV star stole a memory card from her camera and chased her after she took shirtless pictures of him outside of a Beverly Hills gym. Viak alleges in her lawsuit that she was “struck in the face and suffered severe contusions on her arm and chest, as well as damage to her property” during the altercation, according to E! News.

Incidentally, Rob Kardashian has recently been talking publicly about his struggle to lose weight and his discomfort in his own body.

Rob Kardashian has reportedly pled not guilty to both counts.
