Renee Zellweger and Patrick Dempsey have been making the promotional rounds for the forthcoming Bridget Jones’s Baby.

Zellweger and Dempsey posed for photographs at the Park Hyatt Sydney Monday, while in Australia on a media tour for Bridget Jones’s Baby. The movie marks Zellweger’s third time playing the British journalist. Dempsey is a franchise newcomer, playing a love rival to Colin Firth‘s Mark Darcy for Bridget’s affections.

In Bridget Jones’s Baby, the titular character finds herself pregnant in her early 40s — and can’t be certain of the father. There’s an even chance the baby is Darcy’s or Dempsey’s Jack Qwant’s. While Bridget does sport a baby belly during the film, Zellweger did not gain weight for this movie as she had for the others.

“[Director Sharon Maguire]  was hoping we could show that Bridget had achieved her ideal weight [before the pregnancy], but at the same time it didn’t mean her life was perfect,” Zellweger told the Daily Telegraph. “I wasn’t sure about that one though because we all have something we think is wrong, that needs fixing, that in our own minds represents the ideal that we are meant to obtain. And I like the idea that that stays with us throughout our lives.”

Bridget Jones’s Baby, which also stars Emma Thompson and Jim Broadbent, hits theaters Sept. 16.
