Football star Reggie Bush's new love interest, actor-model-singer Melissa Molinaro, is garnering all the attention, not because of him, but because of his ex, Kim Kardashian. The two women look so similar, that Molinaro shot to fame in February for appearing in an Old Navy commercial, where people mistook her for Kardashian.

The Canada-born actress is unfazed by the comparisons to Kardashian. "To me it's extremely flattering," she told E! Online in February. "She is a beautiful woman. That's an amazing compliment." Kardashian is also allegedly unconcerned with her ex’s relationship with her doppelganger.

Bush, 26, and Molinaro were spotted out together at trendy Beverly Hills steakhouse Boa a few weeks ago, but friends say they've been a couple since Christmas. Bush and Molinaro allegedly met two years ago, but were always seeing other people, so they stayed platonic friends until they reconnected last summer.

Molinaro appeared in MTV's Making the Band 3 in 2005, almost earning a spot on the girl band Danity Kane, before she was eliminated in the final episode of the second season. She later competed on CW's Pussycat Dolls Present: The Search for the Next Doll in 2007, but was again eliminated. After trying her hand at acting with a guest spot on How I Met Your Mother in the episode “False Postive,” and starring in the dance flick, Honey 2, with Audrina Patridge and Katerina Graham, she is now recording her debut album. The video for her first single, "Dance Floor," has generated more than 250,000 views on YouTube.

Kardashian parted ways with Bush for good in March 2010 after a high profile on-again, off-again relationship. She has since moved on to NFL star, Miles Austin, model and Halle Berry’s ex, Gabriel Aubry, and finally New Jersey Nets’ Kris Humphries. She and Humphries, 26, were engaged last month after about six months of dating.

On the other hand, Bush’s previous girlfriend, Latin singer Mayra Veronica, also bore a striking resemblance to Kardashian.
