‘Real Housewives’ Star Caroline Stanbury’s Husband Cries After Her Facelift

Soccer player Sergio Carrallo, the husband of Caroline Stanbury, a star of Real Housewives of Dubai, took to social media to share his emotional reaction to his wife’s recent facelift.

 In a video posted to social media, Carallo, 29, recorded his tearful encounter with Stanbury, 47, who had just undergone the procedure. Overwhelmed with emotion, his eyes filled with tears.

Stanbury, her face and head covered in bandages, made her way to their car while Carrallo continued to shed tears. In a shaky voice, he expressed his deep love for her and said, “She came out. I love her so much.” 

The clip also showcased Stanbury’s journey as she healed, along with the drainage of fluids and the removal of stitches and staples.

After two weeks, Stanbury appeared incredibly pleased with the results of the facelift, performed by Dr. Steve S. Kim, a plastic surgeon from Beverly Hills. She commented, “My skin looks amazing. I’m very happy.” She also noted the remarkable healing process of the body.

Meanwhile, Carrallo described the initial shock of his wife’s cosmetic enhancement posed a moment of great challenge for him.

In an Instagram caption, he explained, “Seeing the person that you love with all your heart suffering and in pain, as she was… it was very hard.” 

Despite his initial reservations, Carrallo made sure the public knew that his support for Stanbury’s decision never wavered, and stated that she truly desired the procedure.

The athlete went on to express his pride in Stanbury, whom he married in December 2021, for her bravery through the recovery process. He concluded his message with a humorous remark that he was now the older one in the relationship.

It is unclear when Stanbury underwent her facelift, so it remains to be seen if her surgery experience will be featured in Season 2 of Real Housewives of Dubai. Although the premiere date has not been announced, attendees of BravoCon 2023 were treated to a screening of the first episode. The upcoming season of the show is expected to air in 2024.
