Brandi Glanville has denied having any cosmetic surgery on her face.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star took to Twitter on Tuesday to address surgery rumors and hateful remarks about her face.

“I’ve NEVER had surgery on my face [and] I’m so sick of all the mean comments,” she wrote. “I’m 50!”

Glanville added that the comments she’s received upset her kids because “they know the truth” that she’s “never been in bandages.”

Although Glanville claims to have never had any facial procedures done, she plans to “eventually do [her] upper eyelids” in addition to “getting a lower face and neck lift” like her fellow Beverly Hills housewife Teddi Mellencamp. Mellencamp got a neck lift in May last year and had surgery in October to remove melanomas

Glanville’s attempts to quiet down the rumors fell short, as some of her followers begged to differ.

“Technically no surgery, but a crazy amount of fillers for sure,” one said.

“Not having surgery still means you can overdo it with fillers, botox, etc.,” another wrote.

“The surgery/filler distinction is intentionally misleading. Lying about enhancements enforces unrealistic beauty standards and exposes [people] to unregulated/unsafe treatments. Do better!” a third commented.

Glanville has two sons, Mason Edward, 20, and Jake Austin, 16, whom she shares with her ex-husband, Eddie Cibrian
