‘Real Housewives Of Orange County’ Finale Recap: Everyone Mad At Vicki Gunvalson
Season 11 of the Real Housewives of Orange County did not go well at all for Vicki Gunvalson, Bravo’s longest-lasting housewife.
REAL HOUSEWIVES OF ORANGE COUNTY FINALE
While spending much of the season trying to get back into the good graces of Tamra Judge, Shannon Beador, Heather Dubrow, and even Meghan King Edmonds, Vicki ended up in an even worse position. She found herself on the defensive, trying stand up for herself when the other ladies accused her of blatantly gossiping about the others’ husbands. She attempted to write a note to Shannon, but it was not well received. “Oh, so you can write it, but you can’t look me in the eye and say anything?” Shannon snapped back.
The only woman in Vicki’s corner was newcomer Kelly Dodd, who also took a verbal beating from the others. Heather continuously called Kelly “trash.”
The whole incident left Shannon yearning for home in St. Louis. “I’ve seen a lot that I didn’t like this year and I feel these other women are really going too far,” she said. “If this is the kind of example my child has to look forward to in the O.C., I don’t know if I want to be around for that.”
It is hard to believe at this point that Tamra and Vicki were ever good friends. After Tamra told her off, Vicki requested one last chance to talk. She took the opportunity to again bring up that she thinks Shannon’s husband David Beador beats his wife, expressing concern for Shannon’s well-being. Tamra was not interested. “OK, you know what? That’s bulls–t,” Tamra said defending David. “David doesn’t beat Shannon, and you’re a b—h.”
After the screen went black, it was revealed that the former besties haven’t spoken for six months. Thank goodness for the Real Housewives of Orange County three-part reunion that will air Nov. 7 at 10 pm on Bravo, and viewers will finally get an inside look at what has become of the feud.
