Real Housewives’ Luann De Lesseps Looks Hotter Than Ever At 57 – She Credits Being Sober With Healthy Body

Real Housewives vet Countess Luann de Lesseps posted snaps of her sizzling new bikini while vacationing in Tulum, Mexico.

She stepped out of New York for some time on the ocean in her dazzling sapphire blue bikini while posing in a beachside lounge.

The 57-year-old Bravo babe looked gorgeous in her Instagram posts, captioning them with a brief “Hola.”

The reality star added some gold touches to her beachside outfit with a long layered necklace, an anklet, a bracelet and some rings.

Lesseps watches her toned figure by abstaining for alcohol these days, staying on a Mediterranean diet, practicing intermittent fasting and doing periodical yoga.

Intermittent fasting is when you only eat for a certain period each day. There are many variations and it can be personalized to fit your life. for Lesseps, this means not eating before 10 in the morning and 6 at night.

Earlier this year she shared with Danny Pellegrino that she enjoys her new healthy lifestyle.

“First of all, I’m happy,” she said.

“Second of all, I’m not drinking so that makes me even happier and keeps the weight off, I gotta say.”

Lesseps was sober before the 2019 pandemic began and then began drinking during the lockdown, which led to numerous embarrassing incidents. She is now sober again.

Earlier this year she told SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live about her choice to abstain from alcohol.

She says she initially stopped drinking in 2017 after assaulting a police officer but relapsed in 2019.

“You spend a lot less on Ubers, you don’t have to apologize the next day for something you did, you don’t wind up, like me, on Page Six, because you, you know, screwed up somewhere,” she said.

“You know, alcohol has gotten me into a lot of trouble, and I just got to a point in my life where I am able to have a good time without drinking,” she added.

Today, she is enjoying her new healthy lifestyle and also keeps active with long walks on the beach.
