New reports have surfaced claiming that Ray J became so enraged at cops inspecting Whitney Houston’s body on the night of her death that he had to be restrained and forcibly removed from the hotel floor.

Legendary singer and actress Whitney Houston was found dead Feb. 11, 2012 the night before the 54th Annual Grammy Awards. In the months prior to her death, she had been linked to younger singer, Ray J.

Reports first hinted that police had made disrespectful comments about Houston’s body when they arrived on the scene, and slowly more details have emerged of what allegedly happened. A Beverly Hills cop filed a complaint claiming that his sergeant had joked about Houston’s body. The claim alleges that the sergeant exposed Houston’s body and remarked, “Damn, she’s still looking good, huh?”

It was then revealed that a member of Houston’s entourage was enraged upon hearing laughter among those investigating the scene of Houston’s death and tried to rush in in anger, but was stopped. After multiple attempts to charge the officers on the scene, the morning friend was escorted off the floor of the hotel.

On Thursday it was reported that it was Ray J who lost his temper on the night of Houston’s death. According to sources, Ray J heard a “disrespectful comment” met with loud laughter about Houston and lost it, rushing to try to get into the room.

Ray J was not reached for comment.
