Porn star Katrina Danforth, 31, allegedly started working on a for-hire murder in mid-October according to a newly unsealed indictment. Plans for the hit were finalized over the telephone and through the mail during the following weeks.

Court filings show that the adult film actress allegedly used a telephone and the mail system to try to arrange the murder of someone in Idaho identified as “R.H.” Danforth performs under the names Lynn Passion and Lynn Pleasant. The individual named “R.H.” was not harmed.

The porn star was charged with five counts of using interstate commerce in the commission of murder-for-hire, according to the indictment. Four of the charges listed stem from her alleged use of a telephone, and one count relates to her use of the mail in an attempt to find a killer for hire.

On Thursday, it was still not made clear if she had entered pleas or retained an attorney who could comment on her behalf.

A day earlier, on Wednesday, she was arrested at the Spokane International Airport in Washington. In the indictment, there are no clarifying details about the alleged planned killing or how it came to light.

Danforth is facing up to ten years in prison and a maximum fine of $250,000 for each count.

In court Wednesday, Assistant U.S. Attorney James Goeke requested Danforth be held without bail, describing her as a “serious risk of flight and danger to the community.”
