Piven Wins Mercury Case
An arbiter has ruled that Entourage star Jeremy Piven didn't his violate his contract when he left the Broadway production of David Mamet's Speed-the-Plow in December. Piven claimed he was suffering from mercury poisoning after eating too much sushi, the show's producers said he was just looking for a way to get out of his contract. After Piven's departure, Mamet jokingly referred to Piven as the "human thermometer." (Photo: WENN)
