Pauley Perrette, 'NCIS' Actress, Accused Of 'Harassment' By Ex-Husband Francis Shivers — Report

Pauley Perrette, who plays gothic forensic scientist Abby Sciuto on CBS’s NCIS, has been accused of harassing her ex-husband, Francis “Coyote” Shivers, through restraining orders.

Perrette and Shivers had married back in 2000, were separated in 2004 and got a divorce in 2006. Shivers is convinced that his ex-wife is living out the plot of an unsold film script that she wrote, reported the The New York Post. The screenplay, entitled Star Crazy, reportedly centers on vengeance, with the lead female character following steps to “stalk him,” “schmooze police” and “get restraining orders,” according to Shivers's statements in court papers, the Post reported.

Since their split, friends of Perrette’s have testified that she’s displayed some decidedly unusual antics. “She’s extremely extroverted, extremely intelligent and charming — but she’s wicked,” Jason Fishbein, who claims to be a close friend of Perrette, told The Post.

“I recall her stealing the cat of her ex-boyfriend . . . then when he wanted to take her to court about this, [she] filled out the paperwork for a restraining order in retaliation,” another purported ex-pal, Lisa Lynch, claimed in court papers.

Perrette, however, has an ally in Shivers' first wife, Bebe Buell, who claims their mutual ex-husband is “dangerous.” Buell, the mother of actress Liv Tyler, declared, “This is not a fabrication on the part of the women at all.”
