Fifty-seven passengers were injured when a New York City-bound ferry crashed into Pier 11 in Lower Manhattan on Wednesday morning at around 8:45 a.m., NY1.com reports.

The ferry, called the “Seastreak Wall Street,” was traveling from New Jersey and carrying over 340 passengers and five crew members. The ferry hit the dock at between 10-12 knots. Following the accident, two people were rushed to the hospital.

“We were pulling into the dock. The boat hit the dock. We just tumbled on top of each other. I got thrown into everybody else. … People were hysterical, crying,” passenger Ellen Foran told the Huffington Post.

The ferry and pier are under investigation by the U.S. Coast Guard and the National Transportation Safety Board.
