After Two Divorce Filings In Two Months, Kim Zolciak Says She’s Sticking With Kroy Biermann: ‘Not Going Anywhere’

The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kim Zolciak declared on social media that she’s sticking with her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann.

Despite reports saying she has moved out of Biermann’s Atlanta home and two divorce filings, the reality TV star took to social media and clarified her relationship status with the former NFL player.

“I’m living here, not going anywhere!” Zolciak said as a voiceover on a video of her closet. “Been working on our marriage and have been living as husband and wife. The lies daily are too much.”

The video was posted as an Instagram Story, which has since expired. The video also comes weeks after Biermann filed for divorce a second time. The pair had initially filed for divorce in May after 11 years together before dismissing the case months later.

At the time, Biermann’s lawyer said, “The parties are dismissing their divorce action and attempting a reconciliation.”

Court documents showed the pair cited their marriage as “irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation.” Zolciak posted cryptic messages about toxic behavior on her social media shortly after.

In his most recent divorce filing, Biermann requested legal and physical custody of the pair’s four children. He also requested child support and alimony from Zolciak.
