New Slimmer Sarah Palin Announces Fitness Book On Palin Family Diet
Bristol Palin, 22, isn't the only Alaskan celebrity to be getting attention for her transforming looks — now former Alaskan governor and 2008 Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin, 48, is joining the weight loss craze, having gotten recent attention for her diminishing bod.
So what's the big Palin family secret? Soon, according to mama grizzly Sarah, you can find out, because the Palins are reportedly putting out a "unique and motivating book," about fitness, reports People.
What's that, you say? This sounds odd coming from a woman who's famous for indulging her family and friends in sugary desserts, heavy meaty entrees and four-course meals? Palin explains that too! "Our family is writing a book on fitness and self-discipline focusing on where we get our energy and balance as we still eat our beloved homemade comfort foods!"
Palin also issued a "promise" that "what we do works and allows a fulfilling quality of life and sustenance anyone can enjoy."
There has been no confirmation, reports the magazine, on if Palin yet has a contract for the book.
As for Palin's daughter, Bristol, who is enjoying her second stint on ABC's hit celebrity reality show, Dancing with the Stars, she was spared again on last night's double-elimination show after her meltdown / argument with DWTS partner Mark Ballas (a move that Anderson Cooper called "genius"), despite the fact that her score was a full 1.5 points lower than the next lowest contestant for her paso doble. Instead, Drew Lachey and Helio Castroneves were sent packing.
