Disney and Marvel studios have released a new teaser trailer for Avengers: Infinity War announcing the full trailers arrival on March 16.

The teaser shows clips of the long-awaited movie featuring a smattering of heroes banding together to save the universe in what is described as “the ultimate, deadliest showdown of all time.” The film’s synopsis backs this up, “The Avengers and their Super Hero allies must be willing to sacrifice it all in an attempt to defeat the power of Thanos before his blitz of devastation and ruin put an end to the universe.” The heroes include Dr. Strange played by Benedict Cumberbatch, Iron Man played by Robert Downey Jr., Captain America played by Chris Evans and the latest addition to the Marvel Universe Black Panther played by Chadwick Boseman.


Christopher Markus
and Stephen McFeely wrote the screenplay for Avengers: Infinity War. Stan Lee, Louis D’ Esposito, Mark Grillo and Victoria Alonso are executive producers along with producer Kevin Feige and Anthony and Joe Russo are directors of the film.

Oscars 2018: Best Dressed Slideshow!

Avengers: Infinity War was originally set to release May 4, 2018 but the studio moved the release date up likely not to overshadow the Deadpool sequel’s release on May 18. The new release date is April 27, 2018.
